On June 6, 2022, I subscribed to the VPNNEXT service. The payment has been made, see the attachment. But I could not log in to VPNNEXT so far.
If I try to login response of system is: Error! Identifier or password invalid.
If I click to Forgot Password? click to "send instruction" response is Error! ERROR! This email does not exist.
I repeated the whole subscribe procedure with a new payment. It not working, I could not log in, so I could not use the VPNNEXT service.
I paid for it twice. On July 6, after a month, two payments left my account again, next month again, see the attachment. Please help me to cancel the service
and return the money or enable logging into the service.
I wrote ticket two months ago a I have not response from you so far. This is unbelivable.
