Difficulty downloading an archive

So far I could not download an archive of a book ( I have tried over and over). Whenever I fill the blanks with my email and password, and thenIsuppose that the download is going to start, I just get the installation of VPNNext set exe. and never the archive I am looking forward to downloading.
